WE WILL SUPPORT
YOUR JOB HUNTINGIN JAPAN!
We provide employment support to foreign students and foreign nationals who wish to work in Japan at small and medium-sized companies in five prefectures located in the Chūgoku Region
Small and medium sized companies located in 5 key prefectures In the Chūgoku Region aim to strengthen and expand their businesses by employing qualified foreign nationals to improve their productivity.
These companies will hold briefings (Hiroshima, Okayama & Online).

We provide knowledge and information to both employers (Small and medium-sized enterprises in the Chūgoku region) and Job seekers so both parties can conduct job hunting and recruitment activities in a safe environment.

We are planning to hold several joint company information sessions for registrants during fall and winter of 2021, at venues in the region and online. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible of the date, time, and participating companies.
Job-hunting support courses to make your job-hunting experience smoother
We are planning to hold practical job-hunting support courses for those who are not sure about job hunting in Japan (scheduled for September). Please attend this course to learn, and participate in the joint company information sessions.
Pre-employment training for those who have been offered a position
We will provide pre-employment training (business manners, etc.) for those who receive job offers through this program. We will also provide support to ensure that you are able to play an active role after joining the company.

We are planning to hold a practical job-hunting support courses for those who are unsure about job hunting in Japan or are having trouble finding a job this year ( topics include understanding job hunting in Japan, self-analysis, interview preparation, and so on). Learn from these courses, acquire more knowledge, and participate in the joint company information sessions.

We will hold multiple matching sessions for companies and students at event venues in Hiroshima and Okayama prefectures, as well as online. At the events, you can not only listen to explanations from the companies but also participate in the selection process. Information on the participating companies will be available in early October.

For those who have received job offers, we will provide preliminary training to help you understand Japanese business etiquette and the general corporate culture of Japanese companies.The program is made to give you the confidence you need before entering the company.
